Anisa Sutch

Anisa spent most of her secondary school life performing on stage and developing her musical skills. She left university after receiving a Bachelor of Education specialising in Music, and has since been teaching Primary for eleven years. She has lead children’s choirs and orchestra’s as well as put on many varying productions, from ‘The Granny awards’ to ‘A Midsummer night’s dream’, alongside her classroom teaching.

Anisa is currently supply teaching and is excited to help guide those vocalists who share her love for singing. She has an abundance of energy to put towards helping others develop their skills.


Brett Griffiths

Brett has been a student at the academy and is LAMDA trained. He has a wide experience in TV and film, with Supporting Cast and speaking roles and is a mine of information on screen work together with behind the scenes preperation.

Hi knowledge base on character development and method is second to none.

Carter Burns

Carter Burns

Multi-talented with many forms of drama and music, Carter has a long C.V.
including working with adults and children with different needs and abilities.
Her career has worked in many levels of theatre and film together with being musically trained.
Carter currently works for the academy on “Fun Club” and “STARS”.


Chas Burns

Chas Burns


Chas Burns  is one of the few actors/tutors with RADA and LAMDA training.

His method of guiding people of all ages to develop their potential in performance is achieved through educating them in confidence and stage presence

He has created quite a buzz amongst in the area.


Hatty Davis

Behind every dancer who believes in themselves, is a teacher who believed in them first
Hatty left college after receiving a national diploma in performing arts, and has since gone on to perform in several productions such as Black Adder and Carry on Screaming, and star in musicals and pantomimes such as “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying” and “The Rocky Horror Experience”.

Hatty recently performed in a touring production of Shaun of the Dead Live, in which she had choreographed all dances. Her passion for performing has grown since she was young,
and Hatty is excited to grow and nurture people who share her love for dancing. Hatty also guides our younger actors in sessions during the week.

Jane Kennaway


Jane Kennaway has recently moved to Stroud from Cornwall where she has been teaching for three years at Stagecoach Theatre Art Schools in Truro, Newquay and Penzance. In 2010 she was rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted. Presently she is teaching at Bisley Bluecoats Primary School.

Laura Morgan

Laura Morgan

Laura trained at Brunel University in contemporary and physical theatre before attending drama school focusing more on method theatre and Shakespeare.

She has performed in TV, Film and theatre in the UK, Europe and USA as well as having over 15 years experience in teaching varying levels and abilities of students.

She brings a diverse set of skills as a tutor.

Paul Southcott

Paul Southcott

Paul has many years of performing and directing in professional theatre and also as a teacher of students with a variety of abilities.
He also has vast experience in T.V. and film work as well as repertory and street performance.
His great love is live theatre and Commedia del Arte.




Tim Stone

Tim Stone

Guitarist and music producer, Tim helps people evolve musically with instrumentation or music production.
Even if you have no knowledge of music Tim will help you evolve in the enjoyment of playing with sound.

Tim took up the guitar seriously in the original Summer of Love and has played all kinds of music, from bordello to stadium, with a host of artists. He has done numerous studio sessions in several continents and as a professional composer spent a decade or so writing and producing music mainly for TV in a wide range of genres. All the time in the background he was developing his own style of guitar playing which is showcased on 3 CD’s.
Tim gave his first guitar lesson in the 70’s! Since then teaching credits include…
The Guildhall  Rock tutor on the summer school and occasional classes on the jazz course for about 10 years.
Access to Music  4 years.
The City Lit  Tim ran a class here for 2 years as well as at a handful of other adult education colleges.
The Royal Academy of Music A term here basically clueing up the classical guitarists on what it’s like the other side of the fence!
The Musicians Union Workshop band  About 5 years occasiolly touring the UK doing performances and workshops.
ACM  A term here depping at the established modern music college.
Every Child a Musician  Working with primary school kids in Newham.
